Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Aadhyacoffee.com. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a no-questions-asked refund policy. This policy applies to all products sold on our website.

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

1. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as you received it.

2. The product must be returned in its original packaging.

3. You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.

To initiate a refund, please contact us at agro.aadhya@gmail.com. Please include your order number, the reason for your return, and any other relevant information. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your product.

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Please note that the customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the product.
